I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 25 years of experience. On my journey I have provided therapy in a variety of settings such as community mental health, medical facilities, and private practice. I am grateful for the growth and learning I have gained from each of these experiences that makes me a better therapist for the people I help. I have a specialized CBT Diploma from my studies at the University of Dundee, Scotland. I am trained in EMDR and have over 12 years working with individuals with trauma and secondary trauma. I utilize these, as well as other, evidence based therapies to develop a unique plan based on each persons strengths, preferences, and needs. I work with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and personal growth. By working collaboratively, I help those I work with gain insight and emotional well-being.
