Recent Updates From Margo Elsayd
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I believe most of us want to get better but don't know how. My role is to help get you there. Processing one’s feelings, life events, problems and mental health symptoms can feel overwhelming. My approach is genuine and compassion driven, and often times we just need some guidance and curiosity to get to the core issues. Margo provides a strength based, trauma informed approach, one that is empowering and collaborative, particularly with those who have low self worth/self esteem, body dysmorphia, depression, anxiety/stress, and with individuals and families living and dealing with substance and alcohol use disorders.
As a trained Art therapist, Margo understands there are not always words to describe how we feel. Art therapy is rooted in the process and finding different ways to explore and be curious about ourselves and whatever issues we are facing.
Margo enjoys working with tweens, adolescents, and adults. Margo has a special interest in working with women new to motherhood. Margo has worked in community non-profits, detention centers, addiction treatment settings, in behavioral health, and in schools.
