Recent Updates From Malory E
Last updated | Friday March 7, 2025

Now accepting new clients! As a counselor, I am committed to helping people overcome depression, anxiety, and ADHD, while guiding them through the process of coping with stressors that present during difficult life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with teens and young adults. For young people, the rapid and numerous changes that characterize this period often feel overwhelming. Whether it's interpersonal relationship difficulties, or developmental, sexual, or career challenges, I can help you build the necessary skills to make it through these turbulent times.
I work with adolescents and young to middle-aged adults, especially those suffering from mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as anger, emotional regulation issues, and ADHD. Through a trauma-informed lens and a strengths-based approach, I customize my therapeutic approach to cater to the specific needs of each individual or family.
I believe that steps towards recovery do not need to be taken in solitude. Healing should be a collaborative journey, involving genuine care and support without judgment. It’s no secret that managing your mental health takes hard work. I am willing to put in that work, and I hope that you are too!
