I have learned that during these periods, external supports can be beneficial. I hope to help you reach your goals through personal growth while challenging current thought processes and perceptions. In addition to CBT, I incorporate strengths based therapy and person-centered approaches as we can prosper from acknowledging our strengths and areas of growth.
