Recent Updates From Alana Stramowski
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
As an LPC intern, I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, and complex family dynamics. I strive to create a space that is comfortable, calm, and rooted in being human. I am committed to supporting clients from an intersectional feminist and anti-racist perspective.
Practicing from an existential-humanistic lens, our sessions may focus on exploring meaning, living authentically in alignment with your values, understanding the impact of community and relationships, and taking personal responsibility amidst societal inequities.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for clients to identify healthy coping skills, and build their most meaningful present and future life. I firmly believe in everyone's ability for personal growth, so I hold clients accountable by utilizing a patient, empathic approach. I look forward to walking alongside clients on their journey.
