I utilize a variety of science-based theories and techniques, such as DBT and EMDR, that have been clinically shown to help people change, experience relief from suffering, and improve their lives. I have extensive experience working with cPTSD and PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Autism, and ADHD. I also specialize in working with polyamorous individuals, couples, and polycules.

As a diagnostician with post-Master's training in assessment and diagnosis, I can also provide you with a complete, accurate diagnosis if you would like one, or can refrain from providing a diagnosis if desired. I also provide gender-affirming assessments & letters for trans individuals of all ages. I provide ongoing therapy for adults age 18+.
My weekly DBT-based group is currently open to any adult who needs additional support and skill-building, whether you are an individual client or not. I am also starting a 10-week Poly/ENM support group in January and provide poly-affirming therapy and coaching. We also have an executive function coach for ages 5-16 and a parenting support group.
