Anxiety, depression, trauma, or any lived experience can leave us stressed, overwhelmed, or feeling trapped. Living daily life with confidence in the decisions we make, setting boundaries with the people around us, and feeling in control of ourselves can be an empowering experience. Overcoming the negative things we experience is also something that can be gained through therapy. Change is always possible.
I have worked with clients across the lifespan with a large variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, parenting concerns, and relationship issues. I use EMDR therapy often, but also am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Life can be difficult. Sometimes finding our own value is made difficult by trying to balance daily demands, remembering the past, or worrying about the future. I am here to assist in finding ways to cope, realize your worth, and empower you!
