I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and specialize in helping clients overcome depression and anxiety by utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy combined with a collaborative approach. Other areas of specialties include Stress Related Issues, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem, Trauma, and Mood Disorders.
