I completed my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Regis University and am currently a licensed professional counselor. I'm experienced in working with at-risk youth 3-18 and adults 18-60. I have collaborated with human services, school systems, and other mental health systems. I utilize expressive, creative, and traditional talk therapy modalities.
It takes courage to ask for help and I honor this in my clients. I strive to collaborate with my clients to find and achieve goals and solutions that are right for them. I also work to ensure that my clients get the support they need and offer a flexible fee scale. I am happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.
