Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients dealing with a variety of concerns such as adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, PTSD, and psychosis. I tailor my work to meet the needs of the client using a variety of strategies including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, and solution focused therapy. I am also EMDR trained. I believe that the foundation of a healthy and positive therapeutic relationship is being able to trust your therapist. I strive to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment so the client can begin their journey towards healing.
I feel like I was always supposed to be a therapist, I truly love what I do! I am a firm believer that everyone could benefit from therapy at some point in their life. It is a very brave decision to ask for help and is the first step to starting the healing process!
