Recent Updates From Annia Raysberg
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I tend to be interactive and collaborative; I provide a warm & supportive environment to help my clients achieve positive changes in their lives. I am non-judgmental and open minded. I create an individual treatment plan and approach for each client based on each person's needs and preferences. I offer phone/video sessions if appropriate. I am Certified in EMDR which means I have advanced training in this modality (beyond basic training). EMDR is used to re-process traumatic memories, and it can be applied to other things as well.
My specialties include all types of addictions, codependency, anxiety/depression, and relationships. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness when appropriate. I tend to be tool-oriented and may suggest audio recordings, outside resources, and homework. I have an extensive collection of workbooks for mental health which can be helpful.
I am passionate about mental health and wellness. I am bicultural & bilingual; I can help my clients with cross-cultural and acculturation difficulties. I offer support to those involved in (or interested in) 12 step recovery. Please note that I only work with adults over 18. I am currently seeing clients in person at my home office and by video.
