Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping kids, teens and adults learn how to accept themselves through life's transitions and build coping skills along the way. The majority of my practice focuses on clients dealing with identity development, anxiety, depression, divorce, and life transitions. My approach is best described as conversational and comfortable. I generally use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy models with emphasis on self-actualization, flexibility, and living life according to your individual values. I believe that you deserve to be a confident, independent leader of your own life!
I specialize in helping you identify the roots of your problems, and working with you to build coping skills and confidence to address those issues. I take a strengths-based approach and focus empowering you to live according to your personal goals and values. Though I use ACT most often, I am also fully versed in DBT, CBT, and empowerment-focused therapy.
Asking for help is often one of the most difficult steps in the healing process. When you feel ready to take that leap, I will attempt to make the transition as easy as possible by walking you through the steps to set up your first appointment via a HIPAA compliant link.
