I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, having attended a weeklong ACT Bootcamp in 2017. ACT seeks to change how you interact with your thoughts, emotions, and self as you move forward and build psychological flexibility. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which uses skills training, validation, and radical genuineness.
