Using a variety of treatment techniques including mindfulness, psychodynamic and evidence based practices, I work collaboratively with you to explore ways to achieve a happier and healthier life.
With an extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide an energetic, compassionate and engaged approach to my work. I aim to create a space to help you explore thought patterns or behaviors that are impacting you with the goal of achieving a more fulfilling life.
I have experience working in various settings to address a wide range of needs & symptoms including interpersonal relationships, mood disorders, trauma & life transitions. I have particular experience in working with LGBTQ individuals & millenials struggling with emerging identity issues.
