Recent Updates From Beth Way
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
In addition to providing traditional talk therapy, I am one of only two Certified Bioenergetic Therapists in NJ. This cutting-edge form of body-centered psychotherapy involves tapping into the body’s own wisdom through techniques such as breathing, grounding, and centering. Research shows that traumatic stress has little to do with cognition—it emanates from the emotional part of the brain, which is accessed through the body. I have spent more than ten years studying and applying this specialized form of psychotherapy and find deep satisfaction in helping others receive its benefits.
I also specialize in neurofeedback, which involves a balancing of the nervous system through a form of brain training. Many people are simply not aware that they may be in a chronic state of general restlessness; stress has become a way of life. When people finally feel what it is like to have a more relaxed nervous system, the shift can be life-changing.
If you are seeking relief from issues related to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addiction, OCD, ADHD, trauma, or grief, please reach out to me.
