We started because of the recognized need for mental health services specifically for first responders by people who understand first responder culture.
BluePaz helps first responders with issues typically found in their professions- anxiety, anger, depression, suicide, substance abuse, marital issues, employee assistance matters, Fitness for Duty Evaluations (FFDE's), Independent Medical Exams (IME's), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM's), retirement adjustment, etc.
With over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, we have worked with first responders in the disciplines of law enforcement, fire service, corrections, and emergency medical services. If you are looking to work with someone who understands what it's like to be on shift in a squad car, fire rig, ambo, or who's worked in corrections- we can help!
