Everyone deserves to have a person in their life who meets you with empathy, fierce compassion, and consistent support. I would be honored to be that person for you. We will partner together on your unique path toward building a fulfilling life focused on self-compassion, freedom, and hope. I will support you in going at your own pace, never pushing you further than you want to go, while also encouraging you to continue pursuing your goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on trauma processing, emerging adulthood, identity-based oppression, and self exploration through a trauma-informed approach.
My practice is grounded in self-compassion, focused on encouraging embodiment, self-trust, and living your authentic truth. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, grief, interpersonal distress, religious trauma, and work issues.
I am passionate about offering therapy that is affirming, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. I will meet you with a posture of curiosity and openness for your life experiences, compassionate attunement and supportive care. Taking the first step toward starting therapy takes amazing courage, and I would be honored to be part of this journey with you.
