I specialize in ACT and DBT to address a wide range of issues including mood problems and anxiety. I take a values-based approach and work to improve life quality. I have a background in a treating trauma, especially violence victims and Veterans. Additionally, I have training in many other approaches so I can customize treatments to meet specific needs.
Over the years I have worked to create a balance between teaching people skills they can use for the rest of their lives and collaboratively being in the moment with clients as we explore their lived experience. It is very important to me that people feel heard and respected in addition to having their unique experience honored.
