Aloha, I was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii and currently live in Honolulu where I practice with Ho'ohana Counseling. I approach counseling from a person-centered and holistic approach while using CBT and DBT techniques. A lot of my lifes work has been working with those struggling with terminal illness’s and supporting their loved ones. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
