Profile

Childhood and adolescence are, by their very nature, times of growth and change. A broad range of stressors and challenges can get in the way of an individual's ability to successfully negotiate their personal pathway. It is my professional goal and personal commitment to assist children and adolescents (and their families) in identifying barriers to learning and successful social emotional functioning; and to provide effective interventions to help them overcome those barriers.
I specialize in assessing the impact of executive function difficulties on classroom performance, social-emotional adjustment, and behavior in school and at home. Once the nature of the impact is determined, I offer several programs of intervention to address identified areas of need.
I also work with young adults in that transitional phase of life after high school (ages 18-25).
