Recent Updates From Rhea Barrett
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Building a trusting relationship between client and therapist is a key component in the therapeutic process. I am here to create a safe space for clients to process their needs and discover tools and interventions that will improve their overall quality of life. I enjoy working with children who are displaying behavioral and social/emotional concerns while incorporating the family. I also have experience with multiple individuals that are displaying anxiety, relationship stressors, and/or difficulties with life transitions. Couples therapy is also an area of interest and I do work with this population as well.
My office is a warm and inviting space for you to process your journey and learn strategies and coping skills to fit your lifestyle. I have a certificate in Play Therapy and am Gottman Level 1 trained. My background is in the school settings and private practice. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.
My availability allows for both in person and telehealth sessions to accommodate those who cannot get to an office location. I like to incorporate strengths based practices and focus on finding solutions to assist with your needs. You do not have to go through the process alone, as I am here to serve alongside you in your journey.
