So many of us are acutely aware of the troubles and difficulties we are facing locally and globally. Perhaps you are engaging in the work to bring significant change to your community or even to the larger world, whether socially, ecological, economic or any or all of the above. My work is to help you with the struggles we face as activists, concerned citizens and agents of change & how to "stay with the trouble" of being human in exceedingly difficult times. This is about harnessing the deep wisdom you already possess about who you are and what you need to bring your special and unique "medicine" to the healing to our world.
I specialize in working with our growing despair/fear around climate change, racism and social inequality & the fragmented relationship to ourselves and to the more-than-human world. I draw on a range of approaches - ecopsychology, parts work, body-centered, spiritual & mindfulness. I belong to fast the growing Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.
