“The thing that is really hard, and really amazing is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself.” –A. Quindlen. Taking care of others, putting their needs first is exhausting. Fear of failure keeps you from chasing your dreams. You feel stuck. You hope to heal from the past, becoming empowered to create a more fulfilling life. “You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don't have something better.” -C. JoyBell C.
Feeling stuck and struggling with people-pleasing, decision fatigue, anxiety, perfectionism and self-doubt is hard. I work with clients who are committed to personal growth and creating positive change in their lives. I support clients navigating gifted and neurodiverse concerns including ADHD, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and underachievement.
I support clients in setting healthy boundaries, navigating relational conflict and parental challenges, and coping with stress. I enjoy hanging out with family, watching sports, and being outdoors. “The root of self-care is setting boundaries: it’s saying no to something in order to say yes to your own emotional, physical, and mental well-being.” –N. Tawwab
