Recent Updates From Erika Aguirre
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Life can be full of responsibilities and stressors that can become overwhelming and difficult to handle, affecting our emotional well-being, sense of self-worth, and many times our relationships. If you’re feeling depressed and/or anxious and alone; if you're struggling with expectations, sacrificing your own needs to please others, feeling lonely or experiencing issues with your partner, and/or significant others or would just like a safe place to share your feelings, therapy can be a good option.
As a Latina immigrant, I know firsthand many of the challenges our community faces. I have experience working with the immigrant community and with survivors of Gender-based violence for the last 10 years. My therapeutic approach is based on my cultural background and the understanding of the issues impacting minorities and immigrant communities.
My commitment to you is to offer a supportive and understanding space where you can feel safe and comfortable to share those thoughts and feelings that you might have been carrying and are weighing you down. I always consider it a privilege when someone allows me to be a part of their process to improve their lives.
