I help clients address behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, AD/HD, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, and family dynamics. Art, play, and sandtray therapies offered.
I strive to deliver a personalized approach to counseling and support each client as they set and reach their goals and live healthier, more balanced lives. I provide services to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with children, including children as young as three.
I am a graduate of the Art Therapy and Counseling Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School and have trained with the Enneagram Institute, as well as Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association. In addition to counseling services, I can provide LPC supervision and am a registered supervisor in Virginia.
