My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, perfectionism, and self-criticism. We can work together to resolve relationship issues with your loved ones, manage problems you may be facing at work, or navigate through any challenges life happens to bring you.
In addition to providing therapy, I teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - an eight-week class created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., The Mindful Way through Stress and Worry, and Introduction to Mindfulness. I also offer workplace wellness programs and workshops and retreats on mindful living.
