My wish is to help you find peace of mind and balance in your life. My approach is compassionate and engaging. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, perfectionism, and self-criticism. We can work together to resolve relationship issues with your loved ones, manage problems you may be facing at work, or navigate through any challenges life happens to bring you.
