Through experiences of trauma and social conditioning we develop protective parts that are working to keep us safe. Although these parts may have once served an important purpose, eventually their roles in our system are no longer beneficial. We may feel stuck, detached from our emotions, or confused about who we authentically are. Exploring these parts with curiosity and compassion allows us to discover and achieve profound healing.
My integrative, trauma-informed, holistic approach, combines Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Body-centered psychotherapy, spiritual energy healing, and Mindfulness. We engage in a collaborative relationship with the goal of moving you into a more harmonic and balanced state. Believe it or not, you already hold the answers you seek.
My role is to help guide you towards the place you desire to be. A place of inner peace, clarity, self-compassion, confidence, healthier relationships, and more balance in all aspects of your life.
