Recent Updates From Erica Curtis
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I am so happy you made the brave choice to prioritize your health. I believe in the mind/body connection and that both mental and physical wellness starts with your thoughts. Reducing stress, negative thoughts, and perceptions can lead to meaningful enlightenment, forgiveness, growth, reduced anxiety and depression, improved relationships, and self-fulfillment.
I view therapy as a collaboration. I am very down to Earth and provide a judgment-free, confidential environment where you can feel safe to express yourself. My therapeutic style is acceptance-based, eclectic, and client specific, all within an existential, humanistic framework that explores your unique self.
One cannot change the adversity or negative experiences from the past, but we can change how we react to them. The world is exceedingly challenging to navigate, and sometimes we all need a little extra external support. I root for every client to hold onto hope, optimism, humor, forgiveness, love, and all the best life has to offer.
