Recent Updates From Francine Lorimer
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024

I am a Jungian analyst and a clinical psychologist. I do psychotherapy with adults who have anxiety, depression, relationship problems or problems of self-acceptance. As a Jungian analyst, I work with adults who want to further their self-understanding, and possibly work on dreams, spirituality and find more fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
I received Jungian training in Zurich and Boston, focusing on dream analysis, symbolic thought and understanding of complexes, archetypes and individuation. I have been trained in mindfulness, DBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I am also an anthropologist. I did fieldwork in Aboriginal Australia and in a psychiatric hospital in Denmark. This experience has given me an appreciation for a person-centered, holistic, and culturally-sensitive approach to mental health.
