Recent Updates From Sarah Lettow
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

When facing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, or distress, we find that your mental health and physical health are affected. The body can hold onto emotions and trauma, so we can work together to release and let go of that which we no longer need. Sometimes time does not "heal all", the body keeps score. Self-care is how you take your power back, and if you are ready to begin your healing journey, THIS is where I will meet you at the starting line.

I use a holistic approach to therapy and focus on a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to better understand how your thought process influences your behaviors and actions, and learn healthy coping mechanisms and resources to create positive self talk and a new internal narrative.
I believe that therapy is a partnership, a safe and supportive space where you and I work together to navigate life's complexities. Our work will involve honest self-reflection and a commitment to personal accountability. This process requires dedication, patience, and an open mind. I look forward to joining you on this transformative path.
