Adolescents and their families experiencing difficulties due to drugs, divorce or relationships; 2.) Adults with depression, anxiety, substance/addiction, body-image/eating disorders. Secondary work that I do is serve as a life coach.
As a teen with divorced parents, I acted out and found myself in rehab. Seeking support and building coping skills were necessary when learning how to do high school sober. As an adult, my focus in on having peace in all relationships: self, others, food, environment and god.
