I am a Vermont rostered psychotherapist based at St. Johnsbury Psychology Associates in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. I specialize in working with adolescent and adult patients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, substance use disorders and major life transitions. I use an integrative model of psychotherapy utilizing psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire.
I have many years of clinical experience in outpatient settings, including intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, structured outpatient addiction programs, and community mental health. I am a LICSW candidate and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
