Bridges to Well-Being is a multi-service group behavioral health practice serving individuals, couples, and families. We currently promote access to services by offering virtual behavioral health. Bridges to Well-Being is dedicated to serving our Rogue Valley community members in a holistic manner; taking into consideration your cultural and spiritual beliefs, your financial and resource needs and what is most meaningful for you at this time in your life. Our clinical team consists of a diverse group of licensed behavioral health clinicians who offer evidence based-practices to encourage outcome change.

Bridges to Well-Being contracts with skilled therapists who use a variety of techniques to meet your needs. Our therapists are trained in modalities such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, Solution- Focused Therapy and many more. These interventions help to encourage greater functioning, increase self worth and a greater sense of well-being.
We believe that relationships are the foundation for personal growth and that finding the right clinician fit can foster movement towards that growth.
