Hi!
I am a dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, licensed as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), specializing in psychiatric mental health disorders and behavioral therapy.
I earned my Master’s degree from Charles R. Drew University in 2020, and prior to that, I completed my Master’s in Family Nurse Practice (FNP) in 2018. With six years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, particularly in underserved communities. This experience deepened my commitment to helping individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
My goal is to develop strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and personalized care. I specialize in working with:
✔ Individuals in the early stages of their careers who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or feelings of being overwhelmed.
✔ Clients eager to improve their mental well-being and career satisfaction, but who may lack the necessary tools and strategies to navigate these challenges effectively.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, followed by a discussion of your specific challenges. This will allow me to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Our follow-up sessions will be structured to help you develop practical strategies to improve your mental health, professional growth, and overall well-being.
I look forward to working with you on your journey to emotional resilience and personal success.
