In treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues and other problems, I use psychodynamic approach, CBT, Transactional Analysis,Existential and Gestalt therapy approaches. When working with couples, I implement Imago Therapy. I'm a bilingual Russian- speaking therapist.
Besides the mentioned above approaches, i developed my own one, "Psychology of Permission". Many people, looking for psychological assistance, live in "Psychology of Prohibiton",not allowing themselves to be creative, happy, married, effective, productive. I believe that the person starts counseling, when he /she is in search of Permission in life.
