Recent Updates From Lauren Campbell
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Life can get really hard. When your past continues to affect your current life, it can make it feel even more difficult to keep pushing through. My goal as a therapist is to help you understand what happened, how it affected you, and how to start moving forward again towards the life that you want. I am trauma, identity, and existentially focused and offer an affirming, client-centered, collaborative approach. I am a licensed professional counselor and board-certified art therapist with training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, including those who may be questioning or transitioning within their gender identity.

I also specialize in supporting new and expecting parents experiencing perinatal mood disorders. I have extensive experience and training working with teens and adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational conflict, difficult life adjustments and PTSD. My practice is exclusively tele-health for client residing in the state of Virginia.
Finding a therapist who you feel comfortable with and who you believe is a good fit for your goals and personality is important to a successful therapeutic experience. I offer a free consultation to ensure the best therapy fit for all new clients: https://www.sagehousetherapy.com/schedule-a-complimentary-consultation/
