I have experience providing therapy for individuals with varying issues from all backgrounds and walks of life. Improving communication, reducing conflict, and building empathy is always a focus of couples counseling and family therapy. Relational patterns are also explored in individual therapy, and the person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are examined to improve well-being. In addition to therapy, I have thousands of hours of experience in psychological testing with children and adolescents. Those tests evaluate cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal functioning.
As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. I am a Christian. While I leave it to individuals, couples, and families as to whether they would like to discuss their spiritual and religious beliefs, I am always open to exploring those beliefs as avenues of healing.
I truly believe when individuals desire and commit themselves to positive change, they are able to overcome obstacles and experience their past, present, and future in a way that brings healing and hope.
