Recent Updates From Jasia Sajjad
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I believe that every human being has the strength within themselves to heal and grow. I just help guide the process. I believe in holistic healing and that healing is a composite of all of our different parts coming together in harmony. I am passionate about empowering people to be at the helm of their thoughts and emotions. I am here to listen, to understand, to invest my effort fully in your growth and to provide you the calm space where you can leave behind your worries and stress to face the world with renewed strength.
I specialize in the treatment of traumatic stress and addiction (PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, single-event trauma, compound trauma, substance abuse, process addictions and co-occurring disorders). I work with pre-teens, teenagers and adults. I have extensive experience helping individuals struggling with the trauma and tribulations of immigration.
It takes tremendous courage to be vulnerable in the presence of a stranger and trust them. That is why I try my best to make this process as easy for you as possible. I place value on the quality of mental health care that people receive and I strive to create a healing space where you can feel respected, valued and safe.
