Hi! I am so glad you’re here. I am passionate about journeying with older teens, college students & young adult women struggling with anxiety, depression, major life changes, low self-worth, difficult relationships, grief, stress, and trauma. I aim to help individuals grow toward a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and their relationships, helping them find freedom and the confidence to live more authentic lives and to embrace more fully who they were created to be. I truly believe that there is hope for any situation and that each person is equipped with unique strengths and gifts that are needed in the world.
I have a long history of working with youth and families and have been working in the mental health field since 2005. I specialize in counseling older teens (16yrs+), college students, & young adult women who are navigating a variety of life challenges. Additionally, I have specific training in trauma-informed treatment strategies, including Brainspotting.
I counsel from a holistic (mind/body/soul connection), strengths-based, person-centered approach and utilize various techniques and interventions to fit your specific needs for treatment. I provide a personable, straightforward approach and aim to create a safe, inviting space where you are welcome to honestly explore your thoughts and feelings.
