Recent Updates From Jenna Iben
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Hi, I'm Jenna. My therapeutic approach stems from my philosophy on healing and growth; it comes about through relationships and our connection with others. I believe we all desire a sense of belonging and thrive within community. My role as your therapist is to join you on your journey and provide a safe space where you feel comfortable to explore your inner world, and the world around you. I have experience working with women, gender-expansive individuals, and couples. I’ve worked closely with those struggling with relational issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and those who have experienced intimate partner violence.
I work from a relational-cultural approach with a heavy emphasis on an anti-oppressive, feminist lens. Our work together will vary on your goals and the direction you take it; I always strive to empower my clients to guide how they want their healing journey to look. In addition to traditional talk-therapy, we can incorporate yoga, art, and meditation.
It can take time to find a therapist you feel connected with. I would be honored to help you meet your goals while honoring your experience thus far. I am looking forward to meeting you, and getting to know your story. I aim to co-create a space with you where you will feel understood, supported, and challenged in a safe and empowering way.
