I work with people who want something to change in their life. Whether that is their depression or anxiety, their relationship with alcohol or other substances, or their activation related to past traumatic events. In order to make big (or little) changes we have to first be compassionatly aware and then work together to design and implement a flexible plan. Shifting your experience in life takes great bravery and compassion, I support this process by providing compassion, deep listening, and humor. I believe strongly in your wisdom and ability to find healing.
I utilize a variety of strategies to help you achieve your goals. Some of these strategies include parts work, mindfulness, harm reduction, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT.
