Do you tend to have a lot of deep thoughts and emotions and not many spaces to explore and express them? As a highly sensitive therapist, I understand the challenges of our modern world; the overwhelm, the overstimulation, and the chaos. It can be hard to make sense of everything! I am passionate about helping you find peace and joy in this messy life, embracing your strengths, and decreasing stress and anxiety while enhancing overall wellbeing along the way.
I keep my approach to counseling simple and direct. I value our relationship and I am direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate mindfulness (not necessarily meditation) and mind-body practices to help you develop awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, enabling you to navigate the challenges and changes that come with being human.
Through our work together, you may experience empowerment, increased confidence, inner calm, greater trust in yourself, and freedom from negative patterns.
