Profile

My role as a therapist is to create a space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions, as well as find healing solutions to issues you may be facing. These issues may be depression, anxiety, a life change, or past trauma that you may now find yourself courageous enough to face. I have experience working with adults who live with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, maternal mental health, addiction, first responders, faith transitions, and gender transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex positive.
I am trained in and utilize a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic tools to support you, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed clinical yoga for when it is difficult to put words to your experience.
I love what I do and feel honored to work with my Clients. I operate from a non-judgmental and compassionate lens, and as such find it vital to help you reconnect to your true self, identifying strengths you can use in your journey toward self-acceptance and joy.
