I know that coming to therapy can be scary, especially for the first time. Change can be scary. But the truth is that we could all use extra help and support sometimes. As a clinician, I work hard to build a safe and comfortable space for people to show up as they are—to give them room to be whoever they need to be. I believe that through this type of environment, people are better able to grow and heal.
I have experience working children and youth—including those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, family conflict, trauma, loss, LGBTQ+, and more. I also work with adults facing similar issues as well as faith/life transitions, mood disorders, or who just need someone to talk to.
I have lived in Utah for the majority of my life and have a strong understanding of the culture and community. I chose this profession because I have personal experience with being on the other side of things. I have witnessed the power of change and in doing the hard work first hand.
