The process of seeking therapy is one of courage and strength. I am honored to be on the receiving end of that process and find it a privilege to provide you with a safe, accepting, and nurturing environment where I will take the time to hear and understand your concerns. I truly believe that this is the best way for us to develop a genuine, trusting relationship. This will help us work together to develop your goals and strategies to help you understand yourself, your thought processes, interpersonal relationships, and improve your quality of life.
I work with adolescents and adults on various issues related to depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, PTSD, military combat/family issues, LGBT, co-dependency, grief/loss and suicide as well as others. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy grounded in humanistic theory that incorporates psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques.
