I've found that change/transition often pushes us into unknown territory and tickles at anything unresolved - a type of distress that often brings people into therapy. What they discover in the process is that their unique paths are rich with discovery and the potential for healing, growth, and change.
Areas of specialty include: 1) univ students - particularly study abroad programs, 2) creatives/artists exploring blocks to bloom into potential, 3) couples/pre-marital assessments to address communication styles, conflict resolution tools, relationship visions, and developing the quality of curiosity between lovers that keeps them growing & discovering.
