Recent Updates From Cynthia Drouin
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

For all of us, change, loss, and challenge are natural, inevitable parts of life. And yet sometimes, changes and challenges seem to prevent our happiness and satisfaction. Sometimes, coping and maintaining our well-being can become difficult; we feel overwhelmed, or our emotions seem too hard to handle alone. We wonder how we arrived where we find ourselves, and how we can move forward with confidence that things can get better. Perhaps anxiety, depression, struggling to communicate and connect are more familiar to us than contentment, feeling hopeful, and valued for who we are. At times like these, therapy can be a source of help.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, aging-related concerns, & chronic/life-limiting diagnoses. Issues of creative expression, self-esteem, & self-perception also are of interest to me. In addition, I enjoy providing therapy for medical & mental health providers, faith & academic professionals.
My highest priority is providing an open, non-judgmental, supportive environment in which you feel free to share and consider your experiences and feelings. I am committed to respecting your individuality, values and beliefs, and working together to help you achieve understanding, enhanced well-being, and confidence. I look forward to meeting you soon.
