I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inference Bases Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and CBIT for Tics. Gold standard protocols will help you feel better quickly.
