My specialties include, trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, post-partum, relationship difficulties, grief/loss, life transitions, behavioral and substance disorders, LGBTQ+ affirmative care. I provide therapy to fellow therapists. I also provide clinical supervision and business development support to mental health professionals.
Because of my philosophy about the value of deeper psychological work, I work from a Psychodynamic, Object Relations and/or transference-focused perspective. I also use Attachment Theory. I have been trained in many other modalities such as Mentalization based therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and borrow from those when the treatment calls for it.
