Human connection is important to me, and I believe that strengthening our support system often begins with our families, those we are born with and those we choose. ​ I work with adolescents as well as adults, and through a person-centered approach, I strive to help empower clients to tap into their full potential. My clinical experience is with young people who have experienced trauma, and those with developmental challenges. Through my work as a grief counselor for children, I have a strong background in play therapy techniques. I also offer couples counseling, where I use the Gottman method to strengthen the relationship.
